Where everything lives

The coach app has a deliberately small top nav. When you forget which button does what, this page is the cheat sheet.

Primary nav (bottom on phone, top on laptop)

Admin ▾ (admins only — collapsed dropdown)

Every admin-only surface lives behind this single dropdown. No more hunting six nav items.

Things that aren’t in the nav

A few common destinations are reached inside other pages, not from the top nav:

  • Edit an event — tap an event row anywhere (Today, My shifts, Events, Schedule) to open its details page, then tap Edit. Edit a single event
  • Send a message about this event — same details page, 📣 Send message button. Pre-fills the audience to that event’s eligible athletes.
  • Duplicate an event — same details page, Duplicate → button. Re-uses an event’s location, race timings, etc. on a new date.
  • Bulk edit — start from the Events list, multi-select, then Bulk edit. Bulk-edit a range
  • Cancel / un-cancel / delete an event — bottom of the Edit page. Cancel / un-cancel / delete

Mobile bottom nav reference

A four-icon sticky bar at the bottom of every phone-sized screen:

  • 🌤 Today · 📅 Events · 💬 Messages · ≡ More

Active section gets a cyan bar above its icon. Messages shows a red dot when you have unread. More opens a slide-up sheet with everything not in the primary four (see Mobile setup).
